卡培他滨联合顺铂对晚期胃癌患者血清MMP-2、MMP-9水平的影响

摘要
目的:探讨卡培他滨联合顺铂对晚期胃癌患者血清基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-2、MMP-9水平的影响。方法:选取我院2016年3月—2018年2月收治的98例晚期胃癌患者,利用随机数字表法分为两组,各49例。对照组采用多西紫杉醇+顺铂治疗,观察组采用卡培他滨+顺铂治疗,比较两组临床疗效、血清MMP-2、MMP-9水平、不良反应及生存率。结果:两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,两组MMP-2、MMP-9水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组6个月及12个月生存率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:卡培他滨联合顺铂治疗晚期胃癌的疗效确切,可有效降低患者的血清MMP-2及MMP-9水平,减少不良反应发生,提升患者生存率。
Objective:To investigate the effect of capecitabine combined with cisplatin on serum matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)-2 and MMP-9 levels in patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods:98 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 49 cases each. The patients in the control group were treated with docetaxel+ cisplatin, and the patients in the observation group were treated with capecitabine + cisplatin. The clinical efficacy, serum MMP-2 and MMP-9 levels, adverse reactions and survival rate were compared between the two groups. Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the MMP-2 and MMP-9 levels in the two groups were decreased, and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically signi?cant(P<0.05). The 6-month survival rate and 12-month survival rate in the observation group were high than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically signi?cant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Capecitabine combined with cisplatin has de?nite efficacy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer, which can effectively decrease serum MMP-2 and MMP-9 levels, reduce adverse reactions and improve the survival rate of the patients.
