维药卡克乃其露剂对实验性大鼠慢性前列腺炎的保护作用

摘要
目的观察维药卡克乃其露剂对非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠模型的保护作用并探讨其治疗慢性前列腺炎的作用机制。方法本研究采用腹部皮下多点注射大鼠前列腺组织抗原的方法复制非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠模型,40只Wistar大鼠随机分为5组,通过检测大鼠体重、前列腺湿重、白细胞和卵磷脂数目、和对IL-8,IL-10,TNF-α等细胞因子的影响,通过病理组织切片评价维药卡克乃其的抗前列腺炎的作用。结果与模型组比较,维药卡克乃其均有使白细胞数明显的降低而卵磷脂小体数目生升高(P<0.05~0.01)。ELISA结果显示,维药卡克乃其露剂中、高剂量组抑制了大鼠动物血清中IL-8、TNF-α水平(P<0.05~0.01),但模型组与给药组低,中剂量组IL-10水平没有明显的差异(P>0.05)而高剂量组IL-10水平明显的高于模型组(P<0.05),病理组织学研究结果显示维药卡克乃其露剂高剂量组有效的缓解大鼠前列腺炎症状态。结论维药卡克乃其露剂能够明显减轻模型大鼠前列腺自身免疫性炎症反应。
        Objective To evaluate the anti-prostatitis effects of Erki Kaknaq on Chronic non bacterial prostatitis by observing which effects on Rat model. Methods 40 male Wistar rats were assigned randomly into five groups. All groups were made experimental autoimmune prostatitis rat model by injecting SC purified prostate protein with FCA except normal group. The anti-prostatitis effect and mechanism of Erki Kaknaq were evaluated by prostate weight,density of lecithin corpuscles(DLCC),white blood cell count(WBC),and prostatic histo-morphological parameters and by measuring IL-8,IL-10 and TNF-a level by ELISA kit using experimental model in rats Results compared with model group,the WBC number significantly decreased while DLCC were significantly increases in middle and high dosage of Erki Kaknaq(P<0.05~0.01).ELISA analysis show that compared to Model group middle and high dosage of Erki Kaknaq inhibited the IL-8、TNF-α level(P <0.05 ~0.01).but there is no significant difference in the IL-10 level between Model group and low and middle Erki Kaknaq treatment group but with high dosage group(P<0.05).Conclusion Erki Kaknaq demonstrated a protective effects on prostatitis rat model by ameliorating inflammation.
