摘要
为掌握一套成熟有效的豪华邮轮开发设计流程和方法,准确、高效地完成船舶结构设计工作,保证豪华邮轮的安全性和舒适性,从结构三维一体化设计总体思路、结构建模和数据输出及几何模型转换有限元模型等3个方面介绍上海船舶研究设计院运用NAPA STEEL开发设计7万总吨豪华邮轮的实践经验。将该设计与传统设计相对比,分析结构三维一体化设计的效率优势。同时,针对现阶段存在的不足和未来的发展方向提出相应的改进建议。
        In order to seize the mature and effective procedures and methods for the development and design of luxury cruiser to accomplish the structural design work in a precise and efficiency way and to guarantee the safety and comfortability of the ship, this paper introduces the experience gained by Shanghai Merchant Ship Design & Research Institute from the development and design of a 70 000 GT cruise ship using NAPA STEEL, which covers the general concept of integrated 3 D structural design, structural modeling and data output, as well as the conversion from geometry model to finite element model. The advantage of integrated 3 D structural design is analyzed when compared with traditional design methods. At the same time, the insufficiencies existed are pointed out and suggestions to improve the work in the future are put forward.
