摘要
目的:评估危重症营养风险评分(Nutric评分)应用于神经系统危重症病人的效果。方法:回顾性研究102例入住神经科重症监护病房(NICU)的危重症病人,根据Nutric量表进行急性营养状态评分,并据此将病人分为低分组(Nutric评分为0~4分)和高分组(Nutric评分为5~9分)。比较两组病人28 d的病死率,入住ICU第1、3和7天的血清清蛋白(ALB)和前清蛋白(PA)水平,同时观察Nutric评分与营养支持间的关系。结果:低分组与高分组间28 d病死率有统计学差异(P=0.019)。低分组病人入住ICU第3和第7天ALB和PA水平均高于高分组,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。无论是EN、PN使用的比例,还是热量达标状况,低分组均优于高分组(P<0.05)。结论:Nutric评分可用于神经系统危重症病人的早期营养需求评估,并帮助医师制订营养供给治疗方案。
        Objective: To evaluate the usage of nutric score system in measuring nutrition status among neurological critical ill patients. Methods: 102 NICU patients were divided into low score group( Nutric score 0 ~ 4) and high score group( Nutric score 5 ~ 9). The outcome and nutrition status of the two groups was compared. Results: The 28 d mortality was lower in Nutric low score group,and the ALB and PA level were higher in Nutric low score group. The nutrition supply status was better in the nutric low score group. Conclusion: The nutric score system can be used in the purpose of early nutrition assessment in neurological critical ill patients.
