摘要
在海洋平台建造过程中,大量结构及管线需要进行无损检测以确保焊接质量,如何快速、安全、高效地完成检测任务是无损检测人员重点关注的内容。随着新技术的不断发展,PAUT技术逐步在检测中应用,替代部分RT、UT等常规检测。根据PAUT和RT的实际检测数据,从检测管线管壁厚薄、检测效率、合格率及使用率等多个方面分析PAUT检测的优势,预测PAUT会在检测中取得更加广泛的应用。
During the construction of the offshore platform, a large number of structures and pipelines need to be nondestructively tested to ensure the quality of the welding. How to complete the inspection task quickly, safely and efficiently is the focus of non-destructive testing personnel. With the continuous development of new technologies, PAUT technology is gradually applied in testing, replacing some routine tests such as RT and UT. According to the actual detection data of PAUT and RT, the advantages of PAUT detection are analyzed from the aspects of detection pipeline wall thickness, detection efficiency, qualification rate and utilization rate, and it is predicted that PAUT will be more widely used in detection.
