脾血管瘤的手术指征探讨及外科治疗现况
摘要
<正>由于脾脏自身的解剖及免疫学特性,临床上原发于脾脏的肿瘤极少见。脾血管瘤(Splenic hemangioma)尽管作为最常见的脾脏的良性肿瘤,发病率仍很低。脾血管瘤早期常无特殊临床表现,非常容易被漏诊,多是在切除标本或出现并发症时发现;其中又以海绵状脾血管瘤(Spleen cavernous hemangioma)居多。脾血管瘤的自然病程通常是瘤体缓慢生长或破裂,极少数恶变。传统上认为对于所有存在症状及有自发性破裂倾向的患者均应行开腹脾切除术(open splenecto-
