摘要
列管式石墨换热器结构较简单、操作可靠,是磷化工装置中磷酸浓缩工段普遍采用的换热设备,受石墨易脆裂、抗弯和抗拉强度低的特点限制,该类设备容易损坏,且维修难度大。湖北省黄麦岭磷化工公司磷酸浓缩Ⅱ系在石墨换热器管板的维修方面取得了成功经验,为类似设备故障的分析和处理提供了参考。
        Shell-and-tube graphite exchanger is widely used in phosphorus acid concentration section of phosphorus chemical plants as it features simple structure and reliable operation.However,this kind of equipment is vulnerable and difficult to be repaired due to the characteristics of easy brittleness,low bending property and low tensile strength of graphite.Hubei Huangmailing Phosphorus Chemical Industry Company has acquired successful experience in repair of tube sheet of shell-and-tube graphite exchanger in phosphoric acid concentration section,which can serve as the reference for similar equipment failure analysis and handling.
