摘要
目的:探讨甲状腺癌超声造影参数与病灶内增殖、侵袭、自噬基因表达的相关性。方法:收集2014年12月~2017年1月在本院接受甲状腺结节切除术的患者218例,根据病理结果分为甲状腺腺瘤组129例、甲状腺癌组89例。回顾其术前甲状腺结节超声造影参数水平,对比两组肿瘤组织中增殖、侵袭、自噬基因的表达量。采用Pearson检验评估甲状腺癌性结节超声造影参数水平与癌细胞恶性生物学行为的相关关系。结果:甲状腺癌组患者PI、TTP、MTT的水平低于甲状腺腺瘤组患者;甲状腺癌组肿瘤组织中PDCD4、PP4R1mRNA的表达量低于甲状腺腺瘤组,TPX2、Twist1mRNA的表达量高于甲状腺腺瘤组;甲状腺癌组肿瘤组织中ADAM9、BCORL1、CXCR4 mRNA的表达量高于甲状腺腺瘤组,Notch-1、ST7L mRNA的表达量低于甲状腺腺瘤组;甲状腺癌组肿瘤组织中Beclin1、LC3、PTEN mRNA的表达量均显著低于甲状腺腺瘤组。Pearson检验发现,甲状腺癌超声造影参数与增殖、侵袭、自噬基因的表达量直接相关。结论:超声造影可用于鉴别甲状腺良恶性结节,且具体造影参数水平可反映肿瘤恶性程度。
        Objective:To explore the correlation of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography parameters of thyroid cancer with the expression of proliferation,invasion and autophagy genes in the lesions.Methods:A total of 218 patients who underwent thyroid nodule resection in our hospital between December 2014 and January 2017 were collected and divided into the thyroid adenoma group(n=129)and the thyroid cancer group(n=89)according to the pathological results.The preoperative CEUS parameter levels of thyroid cancer were reviewed,and the expression levels of proliferation,invasion and autophagy genes in tumor tissues were compared between the two groups.Pearson test was used to evaluate the correlation between the CEUS parameter levels of cancerous thyroid nodule and the malignant biological behaviors of cancer cells.Results:PI,TTP and MTT levels in thyroid cancer group were lower than those in thyroid adenoma group;PDCD4 and PP4 R1 mRNA expression in tumor tissues of thyroid cancer group were lower than those of thyroid adenoma group whereas TPX2 and Twist1 mRNA expression were higher than those of thyroid adenoma group;ADAM9,BCORL1 and CXCR4 mRNA expression in tumor tissues of thyroid cancer group were higher than those of thyroid adenoma group whereas Notch-1 and ST7 L mRNA expression were lower than those of thyroid adenoma group;Beclin1,LC3 and PTEN mRNA expression in tumor tissues of thyroid cancer group were significantly lower than those of thyroid adenoma group(P<0.05).Pearson test showed that the contrast-enhanced ultrasonography parameters of thyroid cancer were directly correlated with the expression of proliferation,invasion and autophagy genes.Conclusion:Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography can be used to identify benign and malignant thyroid nodules,and the specific CEUS parameter levels can reflect the tumor malignancy.
