采用多逆变器重构矩阵变换器SVPWM调制策略

摘要
针对矩阵变换器电压传输比低、调制策略复杂的问题,该文提出了一种采用多个逆变器重新构建矩阵变换器新型SVPWM调制策略。该策略采用三相最大线电压作为逆变器的直流母线电压以提高电压传输比。重构是基于双向开关的逆变器,控制策略简单,易于在线实现。传统策略与新型策略的仿真与实验表明:在线性调制范围内,新型SVPWM调制算法电压传输比提高到0. 955,与传统间接空间矢量调制算法的0. 866电压传输比相比,提高了10%,开关损耗减小到了原来的50%。
        A novel SVPWM modulation strategy based on multiple inverters is proposed to solve the problem of low voltage transmission ratio and complex modulation strategy of matrix converter. The three-phase maximum line voltage is used as the DC busbar voltage of the inverter to improve the voltage transfer ratio. Reconfiguration is based on the bi-directional switch inverter,control strategy is simple and easy to implement online. Simulation and experiment of traditional and new strategies show that the voltage transmission ratio of the new SVPWM modulation algorithm is increased to 0. 955 in the linear modulation range,which is 10% higher than the 0. 866 voltage transmission ratio of the traditional indirect space vector modulation algorithm,and the switching loss is reduced to 50%.
