精准对接岗位的课程体系构建研究——以高职工程测量技术专业为例

摘要
为实现培养高素质劳动者和技术技能人才作为专业人才培养目标,辽宁水利职业学院工程测量技术专业基于职业岗位分析、职业能力分析确定了专业人才培养规格,按职业岗位要求并参照国家职业标准筛选典型工作任务、归纳行动领域、转化学习领域课程,构建了精准对接岗位的理论和实践课程体系,提高了教学质量和人才培养质量,满足了行业企业的需要,实现了高等职业教育人才培养目标。
To realize the goal of training high-quality laborers and technical skill talent, the engineering survey specialty of Liaoning Water Conservancy Vocational College determines the training specification of professional talent based on professional job analysis and professional ability analysis. According to professional job requirements and with reference to national professional standards, it screens typical work tasks, summarizes action areas, transforms learning courses, and constructs a theoretical and practical curriculum system for precise matching jobs. This improves the teaching quality and personnel training quality, meets the needs of industry enterprises, and achieves the goal of talent training in higher vocational education.
