几种海滨植物作为产乙醇生物质原料的可能性研究

摘要
测定芦苇、海带、浒苔等3种海滨植物的纤维成分和酶解糖化后的还原糖、木糖含量,比较这几种海滨植物作为产乙醇生物质原料的可能性,对其中纤维素含量较高的芦苇进行发酵产乙醇试验。结果表明:芦苇的纤维素含量较高为34.60%,高于对照样秸秆的33.60%,浒苔的半纤维素含量较高为39.40%;相同条件下,酶解52 h,浒苔和芦苇的还原糖含量分别为35.87 mg/mL和31.91 mg/mL,均高于秸秆的18.41 mg/mL,而木糖含量芦苇较高。对芦苇进行乙醇发酵试验,在相同条件下,发酵20 h时,乙醇量为0.43%~0.47%,高于秸秆的0.29%~0.31%。可见芦苇、浒苔作为生物乙醇原料具有极大的研究价值和利用潜力,有必要进一步深入研究。
        In order to compare the possibilities of several seaside plants such as reed,kelp,enteromorpha as biomass material which producing ethanol, their sugars and xylose content after enzymatic saccharification and their fiber content were determined. At the same time, ethanol fermentation test was carried out for the reed which contained more cellulose. The results showed that the cellulose content of reed was 34.60%, which was higher than that of cornstalk with 33.60%, the hemicellulose content in enteromorpha was 39.40% higher than others. Under the same conditions and enzymolysis time of 52 h, reducing sugar content of enteromorpha and reed were 35.87 mg/mL and 31.91 mg/mL, which were higher than that of cornstalk with only 18.41 mg/mL, and reed had higher xylose content than others. As the higher cellulose content in reed, a preliminary experiment of ethanol fermentation was conducted. Under the same conditions and fermentation time of 20 h, ethanol content of reed was 0.43%-0.47%, higher than that of cornstalk with 0.29%-0.31%. The experiment indicated that reed and enteromorpha as bio-ethanol raw materials had great research value and utilizing potentiality, which was necessary to further study.
