摘要
WiFi技术为Profibus-DP总线技术提供了无线接入,实现了Profibus-DP总线的无线监控功能.在分析两种技术协议的基础上,设计了WiFi无线网关,将Profibus-DP总线与WiFi无线网络互连.在硬件上以Exynos4412处理器为核心,设计了RS485、RS232、USB接口及电源转换等电路.在软件上设计了系统登录模块和系统网络配置.实际应用表明,该系统运行稳定,接入可靠,数据传输正常.
WiFi technology provides wireless access to Profibus-DP bus technology,and realizes the wireless monitoring function of Profibus-DP bus. Based on the analysis of the two technical protocols,the WiFi wireless gateway is designed to interconnect the Profibus-DP bus with the WiFi wireless network. With the core of Exynos4412 processor in hardware,the circuit of RS485,RS232,USB interface and power conversion is designed. on the software,the system login module and system network configuration are designed. The practical application shows that the system runs steadily,the access is reliable,and the data transmission is normal.
