摘要

冷库是肉类加工企业的主要组成部分,它担负着农副产品和食品的冷冻加工和贮藏任务,起着促进农牧渔业生产发展和调剂市场季节供求的作用。现时也成为农副产品冷链物流的节点。
        Cold storage was a major component of meat processing enterprises. It was responsible for the frozen processing and storage of agricultural byproducts and perishable foods. It played a role in promoting the development of agricultural,animal husbandry and fishery production and adjusting the seasonal supply and demand of the market. At present,it had also become a node for cold chain logistics of agricultural byproducts.
