电致孔条件下苦参经皮给药的探究

摘要
经皮给药是中医常用的给药方式,但由于皮肤角质层的屏障作用,许多药物难以透过皮肤进入机体。电致孔经皮给药是通过在皮肤加一个瞬间的电脉冲产生亲水性孔道,促进药物分子渗入皮肤而被机体吸收。经皮给药是苦参治疗疾病的常用手段。本文从苦参的药理作用、经皮给药的作用机理、电致孔的透皮机理、电致孔经皮给药的影响因素等方面对电致孔条件下苦参经皮给药进行综述。
        Transdermal administration is a commonly used drug administration method in traditional Chinese medicine, but due to barrier effect of cuticle, it is difficult for many drugs to enter body through skin. Electroporous transdermal drug administration can generate hydrophilic channels through an instantaneous electric pulse to skin,which promote drug molecules penetrating into skin and be absorbed by the body. Transdermal drug administration is a common method for sophora flavescens to treat diseases. The article reviews transdermal administration of sophora flavescens under electroporous conditions from aspects of pharmacological effects of sophora flavescens, mechanism of transdermal administration, transdermal mechanism of electroporation, and influencing factors.
