摘要
<正>丹参是临床上常用的活血化瘀中药之一,《本经》载:"主心腹邪气,肠鸣幽幽如走水,寒热积聚,破癥除瘕,止烦满,益气。"《别录》云:"养血,去心腹痼疾结气,腰脊强脚痹,除风邪留热。久服利人。"《本草纲目》载:"活血,通心包络,治疝痛。"随着医学科技进步,现代医学研究发现丹参的化学成分由水溶性酚酸类及脂溶性丹参酮类化合物组成,此两种化合物均有抗炎作用,在两者组成当中,丹参酮类化合物中丹参酮ⅡA(Tanshinone ⅡA,TⅡA)占丹参干重的0
