摘要
一流本科教育建设是一项全局性、综合性、复杂性的系统工程,本文集中讨论建设一流本科教育必须解决的三方面问题。首先,从高等教育强国建设和高等教育所承担的历史使命的角度提出一流本科教育建设必须遵循的三项原则;其次,讨论一流本科教育建设过程中需要高度重视并予以资源保障的建设重点,包括一流本科人才培养机制、制度和平台;第三,分析实现一流本科教育建设目标和达到一流本科人才培养质量的保障机制。
The construction of first-class undergraduate education(FCUE) is a system engineering with globality, comprehensiveness, and complexity. This paper focuses on three issues which must be considered in the construction of FCUE. First of all, this paper puts forward three principles to be followed in the construction of FCUE from the perspectives of constructing a powerful higher education system and undertaking the historical mission of higher education. Second, it discusses key points in the process of construction which need to be emphasized on and given sufficient resource support, including the mechanism, system and platform to cultivate first-class undergraduate talents. Third, the paper analyzes the guarantee mechanism to realize the goal of FCUE construction and achieve the quality of first-class undergraduate talent training.
