新疆农业技术推广体系建设探析

摘要
农业技术推广是现代农业发展不可缺少的重要环节,也是农业科技转化为现实生产力的主要途径。分析了新疆农业技术推广体系的发展现状,发现新疆农业技术服务体系发展迅速,表现为先进农业技术设备得到进一步推广、农户技术培训获得显著成效以及农业科技服务主体朝着多元化方向发展等特点,指出基层技术推广网络割裂、基层农业技术推广服务队伍力量薄弱以及人员专业素质不高、农业病虫害防治形势严峻等是当前新疆农业技术推广体系建设中存在的主要问题。最后,针对以上问题提出了完善新疆农业技术推广体系的对策。
The popularization of agricultural technology is an indispensable important link in the development of modern agriculture, and also the main way to transform agricultural science and technology into real productive forces. This study analyzed the development status quo of agricultural technology extension system in Xinjiang, and found that the agricultural technology service system is developing rapidly, showing that advanced agricultural technology and equipment has been further popularized, farmers' technical training has achieved remarkable results, and agricultural science and technology service subjects are developing towards the direction of diversification. It was pointed out that the main problems existing in the current construction of agricultural technology extension system in Xinjiang were the fracture of grass-roots technical extension network, the weak strength of grass-roots agricultural technology extension service team, the low professional quality of personnel and the severe situation of agricultural diseases and pests control. Finally, aiming at the problems above, the main countermeasures to improve the agricultural technology extension system in Xinjiang were proposed.
