摘要
在对带式输送机驱动滚筒受力进行分析的基础上,利用合理简化思想,将作用在驱动滚筒上的输送带均匀划分为10段并逐一施加对应的载荷,利用CATIA有限元仿真分析软件对受力情况下焊接结构和铸焊结构滚筒的受力和变形情况均进行了仿真分析。仿真分析结果表明:采用铸焊结构滚筒的静力学特性优于焊接滚筒,在工作中具有更高的稳定性。
Based on the analysis of the force on the driving drum of the belt conveyor, the conveyor belt acting on the driving roller is evenly divided into 10 segments and the corresponding loads are applied one by means of reasonable simplification. The force and deformation of welded structure and cast welded roller are simulated and analyzed by using CATIA finite element simulation analysis software. The simulation results show that the statics characteristic of the cast welded cylinder is better than that of the welding drum, and it has higher stability in the work.
