盘拉TP2铜管坯的“划伤”缺陷研究

摘要
"划伤"是连铸连轧法生产TP2铜管中盘拉工序最常出现的一种产品缺陷,对成品铜管的质量造成影响,甚至导致后续加工扩口开裂或内漏。通过现场跟踪、显微组织观察、试验认证等研究手段,对"划伤"的形貌特征等方面进行了充分的研究,另外还分析了"划伤"产生的原因,提出了有效的措施,减少"划伤"的产生。
        " scratch " is the most common product in continuous casting and rolling TP2 copper tubes, which affecting the quality of finished copper pipe, then the production of two flaring appear cracking or internal dew. We have made a full study of the topography of the"scratch"by the field tracking through microscopic observation, test certification and other research methods. At the same time, we the causes of the production were analyzed, and the effective measures to reduce the scratch were put forward.
