摘要

分析了影响八钢三座2500m3高炉TRT发电机组稳定运行的主要设备因素,介绍了对B高炉BTRT维修方式以及设备管理措施,对TRT发电机组维修经济性提出控制策略。实践表明,获得了较好的维修效果和经济效益。
        The main equipment factors affecting the stable operation of TRT generator of three 2500 m3 BFs.s in Bayi Steel are analyzed. The maintenance mode and equipment management measures of BTRT for B BF are introduced, and the control strategy for maintenance economy of TRT generator set is put forward.Practice shows that good maintenance effect and economic benefit have been obtained.
