阴道B超可视人流术对剖宫产瘢痕子宫再妊娠患者并发症及生活质量的影响

摘要
目的探讨阴道B超可视人流术对剖宫产瘢痕子宫再妊娠患者生活质量的影响。方法将104例剖宫产瘢痕子宫再妊娠患者依据手术方式分为观察组52例(阴道B超可视人流术治疗)与对照组52例(传统人流术治疗),比较2组患者术中平均出血量、手术时间、术后并发症发生率、手术成功率以及生活质量评分。结果观察组患者术中平均出血量、手术时间显著优于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组患者术后并发症总发生率为3. 85%,显著低于对照组的17. 31%(P <0. 05);观察组患者手术成功率为100. 00%,显著高于对照组的90. 38%(P <0. 05);观察组患者情感职能、社会关系、心理状态、生理职能与总生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论剖宫产瘢痕子宫再妊娠患者采用阴道B超可视人流术治疗安全有效,可减少出血量,缩短手术时间,提高手术成功率,降低并发症发生率,改善生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of visual induced abortion under vaginal B ultrasound on quality of life in patients with secondary pregnancy after cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods A total of 104 patients with secondary pregnancy after cesarean scar pregnancy were divided into observation group(treated by visual induced abortion under vaginal B ultrasound) and control group(treated by traditional induced abortion) according to the surgical procedures. The mean bleeding volume,operation time,incidence rate of postoperative complications,success rate of surgery,score of quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The average amount of bleeding and operation time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0. 05). The total incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 3. 85%,which was significantly lower than 17. 31% in the control group(P < 0. 05). The success rate in the observation group was 100. 00%,which was significantly higher than 90. 38% in the control group(P < 0. 05). The scores of emotional function,social relationship,psychological state,physiological function and total score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Visual induced abortion under vaginal B ultrasound is effective and safe for patients with secondary pregnancy after cesarean scar pregnancy,which can effectively reduce bleeding volume,shorten operation time,increase the success rate of surgery,reduce the incidence rate of complications,and improve quality of life.
