摘要
以硫氧镁水泥为胶结料,利用废弃小粒径膨胀珍珠岩为轻质骨料,研究了不同改性方法处理的珍珠岩对镁基保温材料浆体需水量、经时流动度、试件含水率、吸水率、干密度以及力学性能和耐水性能的影响规律。结果表明,改性处理后的小粒径膨胀珍珠岩能够大幅度降低镁基保温材料的需水量、含水率和吸水率及其力学强度,同时大幅度提高镁基保温材料的耐水性。小粒径膨胀珍珠岩对镁基保温材料的性能影响较大,使用时应充分权衡利弊,取长避短,以达到镁基保温材料最佳使用效果。
Based on the cementing material of magnesium oxysulfate cement and the light aggregate of smallsized waste expanded perlite, the effects of perlite treated by different modified methods on the water demand of paste, time-dependent fluidity, moisture content, water absorption, dry density, mechanical properties and water resistance of magnesium-based insulating material are studied. The results illustrate that the modified expanded perlite greatly reduces the water demand, water content, water absorption and mechanical strength of magnesium-based insulation materials, and greatly improves the water resistance of the insulation material.The performance of magnesium-based insulating material is greatly influenced by adding small-sized expanded perlite. The advantages and disadvantages of adding small-sized expanded perlite should be fully weighed.Magnesium-based insulating materials can achieve the best performance by making full use of the advantages of adding the expanded perlite.
