血红蛋白校正对肺一氧化碳弥散量结果的影响

摘要
目的:探讨血红蛋白校正对肺一氧化碳弥散量测量结果的影响。方法:对比性分析63例患者经血红蛋白校正前后的肺一氧化碳弥散量测量结果。结果:经血红蛋白校正前,患者肺一氧化碳弥散量为61.31±19.05,而经血红蛋白校正后,患者肺一氧化碳弥散量为62.73±19.15,二者有显著差异(p<0.05);男性患者校正前后肺一氧化碳弥散量分别为55.32±19.61及57.22±20.23,女性患者校正前后肺一氧化碳弥散量分别为69.84±14.74及70.56±14.54,均存在差异(男性p<0.05,女性p<0.1)。结论:肺一氧化碳弥散量经血红蛋白校正前后有显著差异,与性别及血红蛋白含量无关,临床上肺一氧化碳弥散量测定的结果应进行血红蛋白校正。
Objective:To explore the influence of adjustment for hemoglobin on the measurement of diffusing capacity of the lungs for carbon monoxide(DL,CO).Method:DL,CO befor and after adjustment for hemoglobin were compared in 63 subjects.Result:There was significandy differenct in DL,CO before and after adjustment for hemoglobin(61.31 ± 19.05 vs 62.73 ± 19.15,P < 0.05).Male and female' s DL,CO have variation,before and after adjustment for hemoglobin((male:55.32 ± 19.61 vs 57.22 ± 20.23,P < 0.05),(female:69.84 ± 14.74 vs 70.56 ± 14.54,P < 0.1)).Conclusion:There is a significant difference of DL,CO,before and after adjustment for hemoglobin.This difference has nothing to do with gender and hemoglobin content.The DL,CO measurement need to be adjusted for hemoglobin.
