开展延续护理对阑尾炎患者预后影响分析

摘要
目的:探究延续护理应用于阑尾炎患者的临床效果及随访后评价。方法将我院接收的40例阑尾炎患者作为研究对象,按护理方式不同随机分为2组,对照组(n=20)给予常规护理,观察组(n=20)在对照组的基础上再给予延续护理。观察2组患者护理疗效及护理满意度。结果 2组患者护理后护理满意度对比,观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);2组患者护理后生存质量(总健康水平、社会功能、对感染的担忧、疾病认知情况)的评分,观察组均高于对照组,差异显著(p<0.05);2组患者护理后并发症发生率比较,实验组显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论对阑尾炎患者应用延续护理,可有效改善其生存质量,减少术后并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,临床上应给予应用与推广。

Conclusion application of continuation of care in patients with appendicitis, which can effectively improvethe quality of survival, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve nursing satisfaction, should be paid to clinical application and promotion.
