特种聚酯丙烯酸酯的研发及产业化

摘要
紫外光固化涂料自上世纪90年代研发成功以来以其节能、高效和低污染的特点被广泛应用于涂料、油墨和粘合剂等多种领域。本文将特种聚酯的概念引申至光固化树脂领域,解决了现有光固化涂料体积收缩大、深层固化等问题。分别简述了超支化聚酯丙烯酸酯、双重固化聚酯丙烯酸酯和水性聚酯丙烯酸酯的具体合成方法及其性能优势,最后以其中超支化聚酯丙烯酸酯为例简单介绍产品产业化过程及程度。
Since the 1990s,UV-curing technology was widely used in a variety of domains such as coatings,printing ink,and adhesive for its energy saving,high efficiency,and environmental protection.In this paper,special polyester was applied to UV-curable resin field to deal with the problems such as large volume shrinkage and deep curing.The synthetic methods of hyperbranched polyester acrylate,dual-curing polyester acrylate,and water-based polyester acrylate were introduced here and performance advantages were also mentioned.Finally,the industrialization process of hyperbranched polyester acrylate and its level were briefly described.
