SPME/GC-MS分析香料香精行业废气中气味化合物

摘要
香料香精行业排放的废气存在"排放达标,气味不达标"问题,导致排放的废气气味很重,严重影响人们的健康。本文采用气袋法采集废气样品,选择SPME/GC-MS技术对香料香精行业废气中气味物质进行定性分析。通过对SPME的条件优化,选择CAR-PDMS-DVB涂层,在萃取时间1h,解吸时间10 s的条件下,对香料香精企业A和B废气中气味物质进行分析。结果,从香料香精企业A和B中分别检测到66和75种化合物,其中部分醛类、酮类和酯类、噻唑、吡嗪和硫醇具有特征气味。该方法不但简单、方便、灵敏度高,适用于低浓度气味物质,而且为有机废气气味治理方案的制定提供了参考价值。
Fragrance and flavor industry emissions achieved the national standard,but the emission had bad-odor,which seriously influenced people's health.In this paper,fragrance and flavor industry exhaust gas samples were collected by air bag and selected SPME/GC-MS technique to analyze qualitatively.Based on the optimization of SPME conditions,the emissions of the fragrance and flavor companies A and B were extracted by SPME coated with CAR-PDMS-DVB fiber for 1 hour and desorbed 10 seconds in GC-MS.As a result,the emissions of companies A and B were contained 66 and 75 compounds,respectively.Some of aldehydes,ketones and esters,thiazole,pyrazine and mercaptans had characteristic odor.This method is not only simple,convenient,high sensitivity for low concentrations of odorants,but also provides a valuable reference for the development of exhaust gas odor governance programs.
