摘要
从母材化学成分、调质热处理的冷却速度、热处理时锻件壁厚等方面详细阐述AP1000蒸汽发生器下筒体A锻件力学性能试验不合格原因,从对化学成分Al的控制、热处理淬火后的冷却速度大小的确定及热处理时锻件壁厚的优化等方面对提高AP1000下筒体A锻件力学性能试验合格率提出切实可行的改进方案。
The causes for failed mechanical property tests on the forging A of APIOOO SG lower shell shall be detailedly illustrated in terms of the chemical compositions of base metal,the cooling speed of thermal refining,the wall thickness of the forgings during heat treatment,etc.Realistic and feasible measures shall be put forward to improve the acceptability of mechanical property tests on the forging A of APIOOO SG lower shell from the point of controlling on the chemical compositions,the cooling speed after quenching and optimization of the wall thickness of the forgings during heat treatment,etc.
