摘要
本文结合开发过程中侧面碰撞试验中的问题,进行了门槛部位的断面分析、结构分析及优化,结合侧碰传力路径,总结了搭接结构及断面性能参数对门槛结构性能的影响,为新车型研发提供了依据。
Combined with the Side Impact in the vehicle design process,this paper analyzes the fracture and the structure of the doorsill and optimizes the structure.The effects which the force-transfer path in the Side Impact,the lapping structure and the section performance parameters have on the structural performance of the doorsill are also summarized in this paper,whicn can provide some reference for the new car development in future.
