摘要
本文研究了重复固溶处理对GH4738合金异型丝材组织和性能的影响,结果表明:重复固溶处理温度介于995~1010℃之间时,稍促进GH4738合金晶界Cr_(23)C_6相析出,晶内析出两种不同尺寸的γ′相。重复固溶处理温度介于1040~1080℃之间时,晶界Cr_(23)C_6相析出随温度升高而减少,晶内析出单一尺寸的γ′相,且其析出随温度升高而更加均匀细小。重复固溶处理改变了大、小两种γ′相的尺寸和数量,因此降低合金的室温拉伸强度,但提高拉伸塑性。
The GH4738 wire which was solutioned at 1010℃ for 150 minutes originally was solutioned again at the temperatures in the range of 995℃ to 1080℃,and followed by the stabilizing and aging.Then the influence of re-solutioning was evaluated by analyzing the microstructure and measuring the tensile properties of the wire.It was found that the intergranular Cr_(23)C_6 precipitation was increased when the re-solutioned temperatures were in the range of 995℃ to 1010℃,and the γ'particles with larger and smaller diameters were precipitated in the grain matrix.While the intergranular Cr_(23)C_6 precipitation was decreased and the γ' particles with the same diameter were precipitated in the gain matrix when re-solutioning temperature was in the range of 1040℃ to 1080℃.The re-solutioning changed the size and ratio of the bigger and smaller γ' particles obtained by the standard heat treatment of solutioning,stabilizing and aging.As a result,the tensile strength of the GH4738 wire at room temperature was reduced markedly,while the elongation was improved noticeably.
