放射性废液运输罐车的动力学分析及设计优化

摘要
介绍了引进放射性废液运输罐车的功能、设计结构形式及特点;运用动力学方法,对进口中放废液运输罐车的关键部位(屏蔽体、废液罐体和罐车箱体)进行分析、建模,考虑惯性冲击、外力冲击、侧翻以及不同载荷等因素对罐车运输安全性的影响;从放射性罐车运输安全角度,提出了放射性废液运输罐车结构设计优化建议和方法。
The imported radioactive waste liquid transporter were introduced as well as its function design methods and structure features;the key parts of the imported radioactive waste transportation tanker(equipment shielding body,waste liquid tank and equipment in the tank) were analyzed and modeled with the kinetic method,The influence of inertia impaction,external impaction,rollover and waste liquid loading on the field of the safety of the transportation were studied.The design optimization principle and method of radioactive waste liquid transportation tank structure were proposed from the perspective of the transport of radioactive tanker safety.
