饲料中不同着色剂对黄金鲤生长及体色的影响

摘要
本试验旨在研究饲料不同着色剂对黄金鲤生长及体色的影响。以万寿菊粉(添加水平0.25%、0.06%、1.00%)、虾青素(添加水平0.01%、0.03%、0.06%)、加丽素红(添加水平0.03%、0.05%、0.12%)及辣椒红素(添加水平0.005%、0.01%、0.03%)作为着色剂,采用四因素三水平L9(34)的正交设计方案设计9种饲料配方,以不添加任何着色剂的饲料作为对照组,将900尾初始体重为(54.60±1.58)g的黄金鲤随机分为10组(每个处理三个重复,每个重复30尾鱼),养殖56 d后测定其生长、体色及免疫力等相关指标。结果表明:1)黄金鲤增重率及特定生长率在Diet 7处理组(万寿菊粉、虾青素、加丽素红、辣椒红素的添加量分别为0.25%、0.06%、0.05%、0.03%)最高且饵料系数最低,虾青素对黄金鲤生长的影响要高于其他三种着色剂(P<0.05);2)饲料中不同着色剂对黄金鲤组织中类胡萝卜素含量影响显著(P<0.05):黄金鲤皮肤及鳍条总类胡萝卜素含量在Diet 7处理组最高,万寿菊粉为主要影响因素,其次为虾青素、辣椒红素及加丽素红;3)Diet 3处理组(万寿菊粉、虾青素、加丽素红、辣椒红素的添加量分别为1.00%、0.01%、0.12%、0.03%)黄金鲤免疫力最高,但Diet 7处理组与之差异不显著(P>0.05),不同着色剂对不同组织相关酶活性的影响程度不同。综合生长、体色及免疫力来看,黄金鲤生长及增色的最适着色剂添加量为万寿菊粉0.25%、虾青素0.06%、加丽素红0.05%、辣椒红素0.03%。
A 56 days feeding trail was conducted to study the effects of dietary different colorant on the growth and body colour of Yamabaki ogon. 900 Yamabaki ogon were randomly divided into 10 groups(n=3 replicates of 30), which average weight was(54.60±1.58) g. Marigold meal(adding level: 0.25%, 0.06%, 1.00%), astaxanthin(adding level: 0.01%, 0.03%, 0.06%), carophyll red(adding level: 0.03%, 0.05%, 0.12%) and paprika red(adding level: 0.005%, 0.01%, 0.03%) were used as colorant to prepare nine iso-protein and iso-lipid experimental diets by orthogonal design of L9(34), and the dietary with no colorant was the control group. The results showed that: 1)The highest weight gain ratio, specific growth rate and the lowest feed conversion rate were found in Diet 7 which marigold meal, astaxanthin, carophyll red and paprika red level were 0.25%, 0.06%, 0.05% 0.03%, respecitvely, and the astaxanthin had the higher influence on the growth of the Yamabaki ogonthan others(P<0.05); 2) The total carotenoid content in skin and fins got the maximum in Diet 7, and marigold meal was the main influencing factor, fllowed with astaxanthin, paprika red and carophyll red; 3) The highest immunity ability of Yamabaki ogonwas found in the Diet 3 group which marigold meal, astaxanthin, carophyll red and paprika red level were 1.00%, 0.01%, 0.12% 0.03%, respecitvely, but there were no significantly difference in Diet 7(P>0.05), and the main influencing factors varied with different organizations. Thus, in this experiment, the optimal dietary colorant combination was marigold meal 0.25%, astaxanthin 0.06%, carophyll red 0.05% and paprika red 0.03%.
