摘要
随着中央对改善农村人居环境的政策扶持,村庄环境治理、宜居乡村建设等重点任务正逐步推进。本文以延续乡村生活方式为目的,对乡村景观规划中的村民主导式公众参与程序进行探讨。以牡丹江三道关村为例,从村庄的类型发展定位、格局形态、风貌特色、产业景观挖掘、资源整合与保护利用等内容出发,用访问和问卷调查等方式,得到农民编制决策结果,整合分析,并对过程中遇到的问题进行探讨,以期为建设便民、宜居的农村人居环境提供借鉴参考。
With the central policy support that improving rural living environment,the key tasks like village environment governance,livable rural construction are processing step by step.For the purpose of continuation of rural lifestyle,we discuss villagers' dominant public participation process in rural landscape planning.In the case of Sandao village in Mudanjiang,from the content of village type and development orientation,landscape pattern,landscape features,industrial landscape development and resources integration and protection,using methods of interview and questionnaire survey,we receive the result of villagers' decision.Then we analysis and discuss the problem in the process,in order to provide some reference for the construction of convenient and livable rural living environment
