改性咪唑啉缓蚀剂HGY-9BS阻垢性能研究

摘要
采用电化学阻抗(Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy,EIS)、环境扫描电镜(ESEM)、电导率仪和量角法等方法和技术,研究了改性咪唑啉缓蚀剂HGY-9BS的阻垢性能。结果表明,HGY-9BS加入之后,碳钢表明的结垢和腐蚀受到控制。阻垢率随着HGY-9BS浓度的增加而增加,在高温下不同浓度HGY-9BS阻垢率都略有下降,但总体变化趋势不变。电导率测定结果表明,HGY-9BS纯品的临界胶束浓度(critical micelle concentration,CMC)约为128 mg/L。接触角测量结果表明,随着HGY-9BS浓度增加,溶液更容易在钢片表面铺展。缓蚀剂HGY-9BS具有增溶,畸变垢晶体,阻碍垢晶体在界面生长沉积的作用。
The paper investigated the scale inhibition performance of HGY-9BS modified imdazoline corrosion inhibitor,by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),scanning electron microscope(ESEM),conductivity meter and measurement of contact angle.The results showed that the scale and corrosion were controlled after adding HGY-9BS.The scale inhibition efficiency of HGY-9BS increased with the increase of concentration of HGY-9BS,and the scale inhibition efficiency declined little on the whole under high temperature.However the whole change tendency was almost same.The critical micelle concentration(CMC) of pure HGY-9BS was 128 ppm depending on the results of specific conductance.Depending on the results of measurement of contact angle,the solution spread more easily on the surface of carbon steel,with the increase of HGY-9BS concentration.HGY-9BS had the effect of solubilization,distorting scale crystals,and hindering the growth and deposition of scale crystals on the surface of specimen,
