高酸性气田集输系统元素硫腐蚀机理

摘要
通过普光气田现场挂片和实验室高压动态挂片相结的合方法,研究了L360QCS管线钢在含元素硫的介质中的腐蚀特性。并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、原子力显微镜A等手段研究了L360钢发生点蚀后腐蚀产物的形貌和成分。试验结果表明,现场挂片平均腐蚀速率较低,但局部腐蚀情况严重;实验室挂片均匀腐蚀速率很高,试片表面状况很差;湿态元素硫会引发点蚀,促进材料的腐蚀,腐蚀速率随着硫含量的增加而增大,且存在浓度极值;湿态硫对钢片的腐蚀随着H_2S分压的增大而变大。
This paper studied the L360 QCS pipeline steel corrosion characteristics in the medium containing elemental sulfur by field test and laboratory high pressure static weight combining method.Investigated the L360 QCS steel morphology and components after pitting corrosion by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS),atomic force microscopy(XFM).The results show that;Field coupon draw lower corrosion rate but local corrosion is serious,uniform corrosion rate is higher and surface condition is bad in the laboratory test;wet sulfur can cause pitting corrosion,promoting material corrosion,The corrosion rate increased with the sulphur content;the higher H_2S partial pressure the more powerful wet sulfur corrosion on L360 QCS steel.
