基于交叉口总体延误的公交信号主动优先控制方法及评估

摘要
公交信号优先对于提升公交服务水平和吸引力,缓解城市交通拥堵具有重要意义,但同时会给社会车辆带来一定的负面影响,从而影响整个交叉口的运营效率。本文考虑公交信号优先对社会车辆的影响,建立了以交叉口总体延误为依据的公交信号主动优先控制方法。并基于昆山市实际道路条件,以设有右转合乘公交专用道的前进路部分路段为研究对象,利用Paramics仿真软件对不同交通状态下的公交信号主动优先控制方法进行仿真与评估。结果表明,主动优先仅在除公交通行相位外其他相位放行方向交通流量相对较小的情况下才能得到比较理想的效果,且基于模型的公交信号主动优先控制对社会车辆的影响要小于无条件信号优先。
Bus signal priority issignificant forimprovingbus level of service and attraction,and herein alleviating urban traffic congestion.Nonetheless,itmay have adverse impacts on social vehicles,which will reduce intersection operating efficiency.Considering the impacts on social vehicles,this article proposes an active bus signal priority control method basedonintersection overall delay.Partial section of Qianjin Road in Kunshan which was equipped with right-turn-sharing bus lane was selected as the research object.Then the active bus signal priority controlmethod under different traffic conditions was simulated and evaluated using Paramics.Results show that the proposed method has good performance only when other phases have low flow.Moreover,the active signal priority control method based on models has less impact on social vehicles than unconditional control method.
