叶酸吸收代谢途径基因多态性与新生儿出生缺陷的相关性分析

摘要
目的:观察叶酸吸收代谢途径基因的多态性与新生儿出生缺陷的相关性。方法:回顾性分析我院妇产科收治110例的孕产妇,根据其妊娠初期增补叶酸的情况分为叶酸增补组和未增补组,比较两组产妇不同孕期的新生儿一般情况,并分析两组新生儿的缺陷类型和妊娠结局。结果:两组在分娩方式、妊娠期高血压、妊娠期糖尿病之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。增补组的总畸形率明显低于未增补组(P<0.05)。两组的婴儿出生体重和身长差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论:叶酸缺乏会增加新生儿出生缺陷的概率,及新生儿的体重和身长有关,因此,孕妇补充适量的叶酸是减低新生儿出生缺陷率的关键措施。
Objective:Investigate the relationship between the genetic polymorphisms of folate uptake and metabolism pathway and neonatal birth defects.Methods:a retrospective analysis of pregnant women from June 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital from 110 cases,according to the early pregnancy folic acid of folic acid supplement group(70 cases) and no supplementation group(40 cases),two groups were compared in different periods of pregnancy in general,and analyze the defect types and two groups of neonates the relationship between pregnancy outcome;statistical supplement group of plasma and erythrocyte folate levels and neonatal body weight,body length,head circumference.Result:there was no significant difference between the two groups in the mode of delivery,gestational hypertension,gestational diabetes mellitus(P > 0.05).The total malformation rate of the supplement group was significantly lower than that of the non supplemented group(P < 0.05).Birth weight and length difference between the two groups of infants were statistically significant(P < 0.05);the two groups had no statistical significance in early pregnancy,pregnancy baby weight,length and head circumference difference(P > 0.05).With the changes in erythrocyte folate levels in neonatal birth weight and birth length correlation(P < 0.05).Discuss:the lack of folic acid will increase the probability of birth defects,and neonatal weight and length,therefore,the amount of folic acid supplementation of pregnant women is a key measure to reduce the rate of birth defects.
