早期针刺阳明经穴治疗缺血性中风弛缓期瘫痪的临床疗效研究

摘要
依据"治痿独取阳明"理论,以缺血性中风急性期7天内弛缓期瘫痪的患者为研究对象,根据康复手段分为三组,一组为单纯现代康复治疗,一组为针灸治疗,另一组采用针灸加上采用现代康复技术治疗。通过随机分组对照的方法,对弛缓期瘫痪患者肌张力的诱发或提高时间、程度及发病后3个月和6个月的日常生活能力和生活质量进行对比评价研究,发现针灸联合现代康复治疗在改善临床痉挛指数(CSI)和提高生活能力方面具有可行性、有效性和可重复性,可在一定程度上改善弛缓期瘫痪临床预后。为今后丰富和发展康复手段,建立完整的中医药康复领域提供了依据。
