基于特征线法和遗传算法的管道优化设计

摘要
针对抗燃油管路布置主要依据传统经验,没有规范可供参考这一问题,本文提出了一种将基于特征线法的管路系统仿真和遗传算法相结合实现管路长度和管径优化选择的设计方法。文中简要说明了特征线法和遗传算法的计算原理,并结合实际构造模型进行了仿真实验。结果表明,优化后的管道系统,在阀门突然打开的情况下,系统节点最大压头值降低,压头变化幅度减小,系统受到的冲击显著减弱,从而保证了管路系统的安全性能,可以为实际现场中管道参数的设置提供参考。
For fuel piping system arrangement is mainly based on the traditional experience and there is no standard specification for reference, this paper presents a design method which combines the simulation of pipeline system based on the method of characteristics(MOC) and genetic algorithm(GA) to implement the optimization of the pipe length and diameter. This paper illustrates the principle of MOC and GA briefly, and carries out simulation experiment based on the model. The results show that under the condition of sudden opening of the valve, the maximum pressure head is reduced, the pressure head changes smoothly and the water hammer is decreased significantly when using the GA to optimize the pipeline system. So the safety of the pipeline system is ensured and this provides an important reference for pipeline parameter setting in actual conditions.
