动力总成悬置系统隔振性能分析方法的研究

摘要
本文针对加速工况下悬置器件承受较大变形进而刚度值产生变化的工况,提出了一种悬置系统分析方法,该方法通过得到不同工况下系统的传递函数,分析加速工况下悬置系统的隔振性能。通过该种分析方法对某款轿车的动力总成悬置系统进行了分析,并依据分析结果对悬置系统进行了整改,解决了该车型车内加速噪声过大的问题。
A mounts system analysis method is researched to adapt the deformation of mount components in acceleration condition.According to mount system transfer function in variety of conditions,this method can analysis the mount system character of vibrating isolation.Mounts system of one car is analyzed and innovated with the method.After this works,interior noise of this car is decreased.
