某轿车噪声传递函数分析与优化

摘要
噪声传递函数分析是轿车设计前期进行NVH性能控制的重要手段之一。本文利用MSC.Nastran对某轿车的内饰车身的噪声传递函数进行分析,对不满足设计要求的接附点传递函数峰值进行原因分析和优化,通过优化使得接附点传递函数满足设计目标值要求。并对优化方案进行试验验证,试验结果与CAE分析结果一致。验证了CAE方案的可信度和可行性,进而推动了CAE方案的实施,从而有效地降低了车内噪声。
As an important method of NVH control for vehicle design,the analysis about NTF for a vehicle has been done with the MSC Nastran.Then the analysis and optimization about the connector points has been achieved,where NTF peak didnl match the design object.In the end,the comparisons have been completed in the CAE optimization and test results,which showed the optimization believable and the interior sound significantly reduced.
