摘要
目前片烟预压打包机主要采用传统的异步电机定量泵液压系统,存在能耗高、噪声大、预压压力难以提高等问题。为了改善性能,提出了伺服电机定量泵驱动的片烟预压打包机系统方案,以及位置-流量-压力多环复合的控制策略。分别对传统型和伺服型打包机进行了试验研究,结果表明,后者在节能降噪等方面具有较好的优势,而且预压压力能够满足不同等级烟叶的打包需求。
At present, the traditional prepress sheet tobacco baler, which using induction motor quantitative pump hydraulic system, has some inadequacies such as high energy consumption, noisy and the pre-pressure is difficult to improve. In order to solve these problems, the paper presents a novel prepress sheet tobacco baler system using servo motor driven dosing pumps and a polycyclic control strategy based on location flow and pressure. The experimental results show that the pre-pressure can meet the needs of different grades of tobacco packaging and the performance of energy saving and noise reduction is improved.
