摘要
白车身焊装自动生产线对工件传输速度及定位精度要求比较高,高速滚床作为输送装置正逐步取代传统的普通滚床,高速滚床的设计应用需要解决滚轮摩擦驱动的定位及检测问题,为此我们对高速滚床位置检测系统及驱动控制方法进行了分析研究。
The demands of BIW welding production line to the transmission speed and position accuracy are very high.High speed rolling beds,as delivery devices,are replacing ordinary roller beds.However,the design and application of high speed rolling beds need to address the problems of position controlling and monitoring in carriage friction drive system.Thus,we study and analyze the position monitoring system and drive control method of the high speed rolling beds in this paper.
