摘要
目的:分析研讨延续性护理对出院后冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗患者的影响状况。方法:采用随机抽签方式从我院2013年8月至2015年1月期间收治的冠心病经皮冠状动脉内介入治疗患者中,选取58例为此研究的研讨对象,58例患者再依据随机数字法分两组,29例对照组和29例研究组,对照组出院后接受常规护理,研究组则接受延续性护理,将两组护理状况进行对比讨论。结果:从两组患者消化道出血、再入院例数、死亡例数,以及护理后血糖、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、舒张压、收缩压等指数,研究组比对照组优,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予冠心病经皮冠状动脉内介入治疗患者延续性护理,可提升其遵医行为,各指标得到显著降低。
Objective:to analyze and discuss the impact of continuing nursing care on patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods:a random draw from coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from August 2013 to 2015 during the month of January after percutaneous coronary interventional treatment in patients with,selection of 58 cases for the study object of study,58 patients according to randomly divided into two groups,29 cases in control group and 29 patients in Study Group,control group were discharged after received the routine nursing care,study group received continuing care,two groups of care were compared and discussed.Results:from two groups of patients with digestive tract bleeding,again hospitalized patients number,the number of death cases,and nursing after blood glucose,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure index study group than the control group,the data between the groups has statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion:the patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with continuity of care,can improve their compliance behavior,the indicators were significantly reduced.
