摘要
在重大工程项目及高层建筑施工的实践中,混凝土一次浇筑量比较大,此类大体积混凝土的浇筑施工很容易出现裂缝,若施工过程控制不当,会引起较为严重的后果。因此,在大体积混凝土浇筑施工过程中,一定要严谨组织施工,合理安排施工工序及熟悉操作方法,方能使混凝土的浇筑质量得以保证。从混凝土配合设计、混凝土的浇筑方案选用、预测温度和设计养护方案、确定保温材料的厚度等多方面对大体积混凝土施工中的主要技术难点进行论述,并且提出一些可供为借鉴的方法。
In the practice of major projects and high-rise construction,concrete pouring a relatively large amount of such large volume of concrete pouring construction is prone to cracks,if the construction process control properly,will cause more serious consequences.Therefore,in the mass concrete pouring construction process,we must rigorously organize the construction,reasonable arrangements for the construction process and familiar with the operation method,in order to make the concrete pouring quality can be guaranteed.The main technical difficulties in the construction of mass concrete are discussed from the aspects of concrete design,concrete pouring scheme selection,forecasting temperature and design maintenance scheme,determining the thickness of insulation material and so on,and some methods are available for reference.
