基于DSP的多路同步检测设备研制

摘要
本文主要介绍了多路同步检测设备的研制情况,该检测设备通过采集分析多台旋转机械设备测速线圈的信号,实现转速、振幅参数的高精度同步检测,检测结果可以通过以太网通讯进行上传,以便于设计或运行人员掌握旋转机械设备的运行状态。检测设备以数字信号处理器(DSP)为控制核心,搭配24位高精度AD作为信号采集模块。测速线圈信号进行检测设备后分两路走向,一路通过比较器电路转换为同频方波送入DSP进行频率测量从而得到转速参数;一路通过低通滤波电路、量程变换电路、AD变换电路送入DSP进行2 048点FFT等一列计算得出振幅参数。DSP计算完成后通过UDP通讯电路将参数信息传出。
This paper describes the development of multi-channel synchronous testing equipment.The equipment can test speed and amplitude synchronously and accurately by analyzing the signal provided by speed coil of the special equipment.Detection results can upload through Ethernet communication way,in order to monitor operating status of the special equipment.Testing equipment uses digital signal processor(DSP) as the control center,24-bit AD as the signal acquisition module.There are two roads when signal enters the testing equipment.One road,the signal is converted into the same frequency square wave by way of the comparator circuit,and then enters DSP to get the speed.The another road,the signal enters DSP by way of the low pass filter circuit,range conversion circuit,AD conversion circuit to get the amplitude.After the calculation is done,the results can upload by UDP communications circuit.
