大数据和工业4.0带给心理学的新机遇

本报告介绍了大数据和工业4.0的基本概念,以及它们和心理学的关系。心理学中的大数据包括社交心理数据、社会心理数据、消费心理数据、学生心理健康数据、学习行为数据等。大数据技术包括采集、存取、分析等技术,核心是数据挖掘算法。大数据影响着心理学研究范式的革新、数据采集方式的改变、教学内容的改革和思维方式的变革。在大数据的视野中,不要随机样本,而要全体数据;不是绝对追求精确性,而是允许少量错误和不完美;从因果关系的串联思维转变为相关关系的并联思维,然后从相关关系中挖掘出事物发展的概率性规则;数据不再是静止和陈旧的,而是变化和最新的。工业4.0源于德国政府于2012年公布的《十大未来项目》的行动计划,它强调的是智能化,即基于信息物理融合系统的智能制造,生产智能产品,形成智能工厂。工业4.0的核心是智能制造,智能是知识和智力的总和,知识是智能的基础,智力是获取和运用知识的能力,智力和知识都是心理学研究的内容。智能制造是定制生产,是建立在对消费者需求深刻理解基础上,其基础就是通过大数据分析,及时掌握各类客户的需求,这就涉及到消费心理学的研究。智能制造要求进行智能设计,这就需要在认知心理学家帮助下建立知识库。工业4.0强调信息系统和物理系统的融合,信息系统运行的每个环节都涉及到推理、决策、专家知识,这些都是认知心理学的研究领域。工业4.0的突出表现是智能机器人的应用,研发具有高度智能的机器人,是离不开认知心理学帮助的。工业4.0的智能制造系统中,充满着大量的人机界面,通过这些界面传递员工和设备间的信息,需要工程心理学家的指导。智能工厂的员工生活在机器人和自动生产线的包围中,也给工业和组织心理学家提出了新课题。该研究介绍了作者在大数据挖掘和心理服务机器人方面的工作,并提出了相关建议。
Basic concepts of big data and industry 4.0, and their relationship with psychology are introduced in this report. In psychological study, the big data are from interpersonal communication, social contact, consumption activity, student mental health, learning behavior and so on. Big data technology including collection, access, analysis, etc. The key technology is data mining algorithm. Big data impact on the reform of psychology in the research paradigm, data acquisition method, content of courses and thinking mode. In the field of big data, do not random samples, but to all data. Not absolute pursuit of accuracy, but allow a small number of errors and imperfections. Series thinking of causality changes into parallel thinking of correlation, then to dig out the probability rule from it. Data is not static and stale, but changes and the latest. Industry 4.0 was from the action plan of German government in 2012 which announced the ten future projects. It emphasizes intelligent, that is intelligent manufacturing based on information and physical fusion system, manufacturing smart products, and forming a smart factory. The core of industry 4 is intelligent manufacturing. Intelligent is the sum of knowledge and intelligence. Knowledge is the foundation of intelligent. Intelligence is the ability to acquire and apply knowledge. Both intelligence and knowledge are the contents of psychological research. Intelligent manufacturing is a customized production. It is based on a deep understanding of consumer demand. It's foundation is grasping the various customer needs through big data analysis. This involves the study of consumer psychology. Intelligent manufacturing needs intelligent design. This requires the establishment of a knowledge base with the help of cognitive psychologists. Industry 4.0 emphasizes the integration of information systems and physical systems. Every step of the information system is involved in reasoning, decision-making and expert knowledge. These are the areas of cognitive psychology. The outstanding performance of industrial 4.0 is the application of intelligent robot. Research and development of highly intelligent robots can't succeed without the help of cognitive psychologists. Intelligent manufacturing system of Industry 4.0 is filled with a large number of human machine interfaces, which convey information between employees and devices. This requires the guidance of engineering psychologists. Employees living in the smart factory are surrounded by robots and automatic production lines. It also gives a new topic to industrial and organizational psychologists.The report describes the author's work in the field of big data mining and mental service robot, and puts forward relevant suggestions.
