高原铁路职工血管内皮生长因子基因多态性研究

摘要
目的目的探讨中国平原汉族人群中VEGFA基因多态性同慢性性高原红细胞增多症易感性的关系。方法采取敏感耐受研究方法,根据对受试者职业健康检查结果的分析,选取易患高红症组和血红蛋白长期正常组,采用基因芯片SNaPshort法测定75例高红症患者和65例健康耐受组人群VEGFA基因位点rs3025039、rs1413711、rs833070和rs3025000的基因多态性。结果敏感组及耐受组中基因位点rs3025039、rs1413711、rs833070和rs3025000均检测出CC、TT、CT基因型,rs3025039、rs833070和rs3025000位点基因型及等位基因频率组间差异无统计学意义;rs1413711位点AG基因型频率组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),GG与AA基因型频率组间差异具有统计学意义(OR_(AA)=2.03,OR_(GG)=0.70,P_(AA)<0.01,P_(GG)<0.05);敏感组G等位基因频数显著低于耐受组(50%vs 68.42%,OR=0.73,P<0.01)。敏感组A等位基因频数显著高于耐受组(50%vs28.42%,OR=1.76,P<0.01)。结论 VEGFA基因rs1413711位点基因多态性与高红症易感性相关,携带GG基因型的人群患高红症的风险性可能较携带AA基因型人群低,而G等位基因则可能是高红症的保护性因素,A等位基因则可能是高红症的易感性因素。
