摘要

主要从四大要因对四门关闭力进行分析,将不具合解析的各项数据整理成表,进而对不具合部位在图纸内的设计值、公差与部品、车体单品设计值以及公差和匹配目标的品质规格进行确定。根据数据解析不具合现象发生的真正原因,并针对其制定对策的过程。
Mainly from four reasons analyze the problem of four door colse not good,According to organize the date of not good doores into tables;Further to check the design value of non-binding sites in the drawings,tolerances and parts,the body of a single product designed to match the target values and tolerances and quality specifications determined.According to the analyzing date to find the true reasones and take steps.
