渗氮温度及氮含量对HiB钢初次再结晶行为的影响

摘要
针对薄板坯连铸连轧流程结合同步脱碳与渗氮工艺所制备的低温。HiB钢,采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜与EBSD技术等手段,系统研究了钢中氮含量及同步渗氮温度对渗氦板初次再结晶组织与织构的影响规律。研究结果表明,冷轧板经835℃与875℃同步脱碳与渗氮处理,当钢中总氮量由0.0055%逐渐增加至0.033%时,初次晶粒的平均尺寸逐渐减小,但初次晶粒尺寸的变动系数的变化规律不明显。同时,钢中总氮量的变化对初次再结晶的织构类型与强度的影响不明显,对初次晶粒中特定取向晶粒的分布、含量与织构因子的影响亦不明显。在相同的钢中总氮量下,随着同步渗氮温度由835℃升高至875℃,渗氮板初次晶粒的平均尺寸与晶粒尺寸的变动系数均呈现增大的趋势。同步渗氮温度的变化对初次再结晶的织构类型的影响不明显,对初次晶粒取向分布的影响亦不明显。但渗氮板中{001}<120>与{110}<001>织构的强度与含量均有所减小,{114}<481>与γ织构的强度与含量均有所增大,同时织构因子有所减小。在不考虑钢中总氮量变化的影响条件下,当同步渗氮温度由835℃升高至875℃时,晶粒尺寸的变动系数的平均值由0.542增加至0.579,织构因子的平均值由0.425减小至0.249,渗氮板初次晶粒尺寸的均匀性相对变差,但初次再结晶的织构组成相对更佳。
Based on low-temperature high magnetic induction grain-oriented silicon steel produced by thin slab casting and rolling process with nitriding and decarburization simultaneous method,the effects of nitrogen content and nitriding temperature on primary recrystallization microstructure and texture were studied by means of OM,SEM,and EBSD.The results show that the primary grain size of nitriding plate reduces gradually,but the change of variation coefficient is not obvious,when the nitrogen content increases gradually from 0.0055%to 0.033%,and nitriding temperature is 835 ℃ and 875 ℃,respectively.Meanwhile,the effect of nitrogen content on density and type of primary recrystallization texture is not obvious;the effect of nitrogen content on area ratio,area fraction and distribution of specific orientation grains is also not obvious.Under the condition of same nitrogen content,the primary grain size and variation coefficient of nitriding plate increase with nitriding temperature rising from 835 ℃ to 875 ℃.The effect of nitriding temperature on type of primary recrystallization texture and distribution of specific orientation grains is not obvious.However,the density and area fraction of {110}<112>and {110}<001> texture decrease,the density and area fraction of {114}<481> and γ fiber texture increase.When the nitriding temperature rises from 835 ℃ to 875 ℃,the average value of variation coefficient increases from0.542 to 0.579,and the average value of area ratio of specific orientation grains decreases from 0.425 to 0.249.It is showed that the uniformity of primary recrystallization microstructure is relatively worse,but the composition of primary recrystallization texture is relatively better when nitriding temperature is 875 ℃.
