头部冲击风窗玻璃的有限元仿真与试验验证

摘要
PVB(聚乙烯醇缩丁醛)夹层风窗玻璃受冲击时具有优异的吸能及粘附玻璃碎片的特性,从而将人车碰撞事故中行人及驾驶员的头部伤害降到最低。因此PVB夹层风窗玻璃被广泛应用于汽车领域。为进一步研究风窗玻璃受冲击时的力学行为,本文进行了头部冲击风窗玻璃的冲击试验并建立头部与车体有限元模型采用单层壳单元和LS-DYNA中的MAT32材料描述夹层风窗玻璃的本构关系进行数值模拟。从头部加速度曲线及风窗玻璃破坏形态看,仿真与试验结果相近,本文建模方法可为行人保护用夹层风窗玻璃的模拟及设计等研究提供参考。
Polyvinyl butyral(PVB)-laminated glass has been extensively applied to automotive windshields to reduce head injuries during pedestrian-vehicle crash accidents with its excellent characteristics of adhesion and ability of energy absorption.In this study,windshield-head impact tests are carried out and finite element models including headform and sub-frontend vehicles areestablished to investigate the dynamic mechanical behaviors of windshield subjected to headform impact.A single-layered model for windshield is proposedto using MAT32 Materialto describe material constitutive in LS_DYNA.The correlation between the simulation and test results are satisfactory according to headform acceleration curve and fracture pattern of windshield,whichmay lay a solid foundation for the development of numerical modeling and pedestrian protection design guidelines for windshield.
